Look Back To Go Forward

Many say you need to respect where you came from, before you can succeed in moving forward. Maybe this is what Nike Snowboarding is thinking with it's support of the Aries2010 project.

The Aries2010 project was launched over the weekend at The Boardroom in Vancouver, and was the brain child of snowboard photographer and head guy at Nemo, Trevor Graves.

Basically it is a snowboarding time capsule, so that we as snowboarders don't forget the past, while being able to tell future generations about the good old days.

Make sure you visit www.aries2010.com and see what went in the capsule, so you can be like us and go "ahhh I remember that".

Nico And The Swoosh

While the internet has been a buzz with hype about the latest and greatest 2011 products, the guys over at Rad Collector dropped a bit of rider news. Nicolas Muller is officially on Nike Snowboarding for boots and outerwear. Now this has been on the rumor mill for a while, and this subtle leak is becoming a pattern for Nike at SIA , remember the Gigi doll from last year.

Check out the Rad Collector post here to also view some of the new boots and outerwear Nico will be rocking next season.

A Day With Justin Bennee

The guys over at Videograss and Snowboarder magazine are hoping to make your Saturday (or Sunday in some parts) a little more rad with behind the scene clips of the Videograss debut film. To kick off the series they follow Justin Bennee around Brighton for a day, like the write up says "it is not what tricks you do, but how you do them".

Hit Mr Bennee above to check the clip. Also for the product crew out there note his Jordan inspired 2010 Nike outerwear.

The DK-YS Site Is All Go

Check out www.nike.com/nikesnowboarding/dk-ys for all the information on the new Danny Kass double tongue boot. Be warned however you will have hunger pains for a hot dog after watching the video.

Nike DK-YS

The sneaker head hype is coming to snowboarding thanks to Nike and the mid season release of the Danny Kass Double Tongue Zoom Force 1. The DK-YS pack includes tees and a light weight shell which will all match the boot. The boot will lift the style level as it allows you to rock the tongue on the outside of the your pants while still being able to shred the hill, true Air Force 1 style.

Check them out at your local Nike Snowboarding dealer when they drop some time in January.

Santa Came Early This Year.

Santa came a little early to my place this morning and he was dressed as a UPS guy. These boots will not make me be like mike, more like Danny.

Your feet will thank you if you try on the Nike Zoom Force 1. As it is like wearing a tailored suit, it fits in all the right places while making you look and feel good.

Justin Bennee

Now this guy has style, while poking around the new Nike Snowboarding site I came across a bio video of Justin. The video even has a cameo from the infamous J2. Can't wait to see what he can do when he ventures past the city limits. Hit the hair cut to check the video.

His part in Optimistic from 2007 is a fine example of style meeting concrete and steel.
