Now if you mention the Whiskey films to anyone that was shredding during the 90's they will be able to tell you a number of ground breaking moments within the films. The moments won't always be about the skateboarding or the snowboarding of these films. It will most likely be stories of a booze fueled clown that rode dirt bikes in super markets and smashed bottles over his head. The Whiskey films captured a time when snowboarding was still hated and the Olympics was for fat rich ski kids.
Vague Upbringing is a documentary about the Whiskey films and the people behind it. Created by independent film maker Lauren Graham and due out soon hopefully. This documentary will be for new people to experience and old people to re live a time when it was all about a shredding good time.
